To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a committed Lighting and Sound Technician (f/m/d) to join us full-time starting September 2025.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical supervision of live shows on-site (evening and weekend shifts required)
• Lighting design, setup, and programming for new productions (almost monthly)
• Operation and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment
• Independent technical direction during performances
• Communication with directors, artists, and the production team to realize creative visions

What You Bring

• Completed training in event or stage technology or relevant professional experience
• Confident operation of lighting consoles, ideally ChamSys
• Experience in lighting and sound for live theatre
• Independent, structured work ethic and strong team spirit
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially evenings and weekends
• Passion for creative work in a dynamic environment
• Solid English skills to communicate with international artists
